Helps with Sciatic Pain and Swelling- Finally Some Relief!!
I am 5’6″ female, 167lbs, and I have been dealing with sciatic nerve pain, tension, and lower body swelling for months. This brace has honestly been a lifesaver. It gives me the right amount of compression and support to get through the day, especially when the pain flares up during work or when I’ve been on my feet to long.I took everyone’s advice and sized up to a large, and I’m so glad I did- it fits just right without feeling too tight or restrictive. It’s also very adjustable and comfortable to wear, even under clothes. It stays in place and doesn’t dig in, which is a huge plus.When I wear it regularly, I’ve notices less swelling, better posture, and a real decrease in daily discomfort. It’s not a miracle cure, but it definitely helps. I still stretch, rest, and follow PT routine but this brace adds the extra layer of support I really needed.Highly recommend is you’re struggling with sciatica, swelling, or lower back tension.

Size runs small.
As others have stated, this size runs small. I am a medium and took their advice and purchased a large. It is great in color – nude, comfortable, lightweight. The only problem is that the there is an extra flap that sticks out because the velcro doesn’t go in far enough to hold the belt in, if that makes sense. But i like it so much, I’m purchasing another one in the exact size and color and may affix a piece of velcro to tack it down myself.

Good lightweight thin brace
The fit is fine and the support is good. Of course the fabric will roll since it’s a thin, lightweight brace and also if you have a little flab, like I do, it will help the fabric to roll. 😉 Good value. The velcro is very strong. I like the adjustability.

SERIOUSLY, JUST BUY IT! GETTING ANOTHER!
I’m a therapist so I’m very picky about things like this. I find most back braces “overdo” and are so bulky they add a new level of discomfort. It’s like “my back feels a little better, but this brace weighs a ton and is hitting my lungs when I sit down.” I am having an SI joint issue, and I went looking for a lightweight and simple design. This was one of two that looked good, and the price here was great. So I ordered without expecting much. It just arrived and seems very well made. I went to put it on, and made sure to place it low enough to be directly over sacrum (since mine isn’t lumbar pain currently). I immediately felt incredibly relieved. I walked around with ALL pain gone, and when getting up from seated, which is the worst with this, it’s about 60% reduced now. If you know sacroiliac joint pain, you know that’s a big deal. I’m going to order one in the next size up, because they run a little small. My waist is 34″ which is average for women my age, and I weigh 132. So a large does fit me, but not quite as generously as I prefer. Still, at this great price, I can get 10 more if I want! Highly recommend, get it while you can!!!

I work a job where I’m sitting at a desk on a computer all day, and there are occasions where I have to work very long days extending into the late evening. Despite having a high quality ergonomic chair, that amount of time in a chair still does a number on my lower back sometimes, which I can really feel the next day, being all stiffy, achy, and generally in minor pain just doing stuff around my place (cooking, cleaning, etc.).This back brace is pretty good for those days when I guess my back muscles are just too fatigued to maintain good posture, which further adds more pain. With the brace on, I do find a difference in being able to keep a straight torso with less exertion and fatigue, so it’s been useful for everyday kind of tasks. I haven’t tried doing anything too strenuous with it like heavy lifting, but this really isn’t the kind of support you’d want to wear for things like heavy squats or deadlifts — go for a belt designed for weightlifting instead.The velcro makes it easy to put on and remove, and the little pad that you can attach to the back adds a bit of extra support. I did have trouble figuring out how and where I should be putting it for optimal effect though, so some clearer instructions would’ve been helpful.

This is a really nice back support that you can hide under regular clothing which is great for work! I thought it was too small at first but it actually stretches out a good few inches after wearing for half a day. Exactly what I was looking for in terms of discrete back support. It is comfortable and moves with you but adds a nice amount of support for muscle spasms!

It was so cold in the last two weeks and I have been shuffling and clearing the snow for 2 – 3 hours intermittently. I noticed my back started hurting me after the first big snow storm. Luckily, I was able to order this Lumbar Support Back Brace for myself, and I put it on immediately once I received it; it helps to support my back and keep my posture correct, so that I was able to go back to continue shuffling the snow (lightly with attention to my own condition).This back brace doesn’t come with any description on how to wear and what to do with the straps, when I was looking at the triangle piece, I have to go back to the ad in Amazon to find out where to stick it on the brace. Once I properly put on the brace, it holds my back upright, I can feel that it helps to provide good lower back and upper back support, it feels a lot more comfortable. I do not want to rely on this brace 100%, so I wear it intermittently and the result was good!The material of this back brace is very good, it is breathable, lightweight and comfortable. We have full control on how tight do we want it. It fits me well and it is firm on my back (see the attached pictures). But be careful when putting on, lay the brace flat, make sure the Velcro doesn’t stick on any part of the brace, then wrap the brace around the waist, if the Velcro sticks to the brace by chance, it will become very difficult to separate it and stick it to the right place when adjusting the tightness of the brace. (I take half star off for no instruction, 4.5 stars and round to 5)
