Great on muscles
Great product. It does really dig into your muscles, but it is nice because you can go at your own pressure. Easy to use and reduces pain. Truly helps stretch muscles.

Great for stretching out tight muscles
I like that it is a harder plastic. It helped with my thigh and calf muscles. II was hoping that it would be just a little easier to use, because I cant bend all the way down to get the back side of my calf muscles.

When you don’t have the proper amount of time to massage your spouse or vice versa, but you want to show them you care and do something, get this tool! My husband is a trucker and I’m an office manager, so our seats and shoulders get super sore. With the right pressure, this roller releases tension set deep in muscles and melts away pain. It might feel too firm or rough at first but it’s worth it. Purchased for $8.95 and totally worth it! Great for feet, calves, bottom, back, shoulders, arms, neck….

Roll Roll Roll Your Stick
A roller stick was recommended by my physical therapist to roll over achy muscles and tight tendons. This one came in a variety of colors, is sturdy and rolls easily, and was a fair price. I keep it in a handy place so I’ll remember to use it. It seems to do the stick — I mean, trick.

The surface is a bit to hard
The concept is perfect. However, it was difficult to use when having fibro or regular back pain, since there are hard plastic rotating sections. I chose to make a cover with a pool noodle, & cut it to fit each section so it’s not hard to the touch when I need to use it. It is a little better now, at least for rubbing out my sore spots. Until I can figure out a cover that is less bulky. 😊
