Best back brace! I do day size up 1 so the first strap is on good.once you move the 2 other straps you can tell the difference helps my lower back and comfortable under clothes!!!

Better suited to people with flat stomachs
The brace went from full coverage in the back to half that in the front, causing it to just squish my waist like a sausage link instead of even, steady pressure for support the whole length around…. Would have been SO MUCH BETTER if they made the front half just as wide as the back supportive area, otherwise all the compression force tumbles onto those thin straps…. At least with my other back brace, it’s the same width all the way around… Because if you don’t already have a flat stomach, that thinner part will compress all in the middle while the rest of your stomach bulges over the top and under bottom and there goes your compression for support!!!
