I ordered the Large size, and it fits well thanks to the adjustable straps.Pros:• Full Back Support: The internal rods provide a nice level of stability for both my upper and lower back. Easy to Wear and Adjust
Bought a number of posture correctors before I found this one, which resolves the issues I had with the others:1. Easy to put on. Other versions could be difficult to don because there are straps and stuff catching on velcro or getting twisted up. This one is simple, like putting on a jacket.2. Doesn’t ride up. Again with some other braces I kept having problems with the whole unit riding up, and had to frequently tug it back into place. The broad waist strap on this one largely mitigates that problem. It does move up somewhat, but less than one inch.3. Adjustability. Unlike others I tried, tensioning the brace to pull shoulders back and find comfortable fit is dead easy. The straps are in front and easy to access, and can be quickly repositioned.4. Comfort. Once I have it on and adjusted I barely notice I am wearing it. Shoulders are pulled back noticeably, posture looks significantly better.Conclusion: Thoughtful design that actually makes it easy to put on and adjust. Seems well made. So far I’m impressed.

My son tends to slouch when doing homework or using his tablet, and no amount of reminding seemed to help. I decided to give this posture corrector a try, and after about two weeks of use, we’re already seeing noticeable improvements.What I like most is the support. The five full-back support rods cover from the waist to the shoulders. When he puts it on, his shoulders naturally pull back and his chest opens up – but it’s not uncomfortably tight. The adjustable design is very practical, especially as he’s still growing.In terms of comfort, he wears it for 1–2 hours while doing homework after school and hasn’t complained. The material is breathable, so no sweating even in summer. Plus, this product is FSA/HSA eligible, which is a nice bonus for parents.His slouching habit has noticeably improved, and he can even maintain good posture for a while after taking it off. As soon as I put it on, my whole world shifted along with my posture, In an upright, confident and painfree position.I honestly thought there was no way this would make a difference when I first saw it.
