Comfy to wear for longer periods
I own another bace brace that provides support on mid and lower back. That is uncomfortable since there are shoulder straps. I decided to try this smaller one to see if it’s better for wearing for longer periods of time. It is!Tho this doesn’t provide as much back support as my other brace, I find it to be so much more comfortable. I like the quality of the brace. Everything seems to be stiched well and does what it needs to do. I like how it allows for secondary tightening of the wrap. It provides a nice compression for pain relief.The only thing I think could fail after a feww more uses is the velcro? The primary wrap’s velcro is a but weak? The secondary straps help tho and keeps everything on place.Overall, still good.

Double check measurements before ordering
I bought this for my 60 year old mom who is very active working in a factory 9 hours a day and caring for horses before and after work. She said she liked it and it fit around her great, however the height of it was too much for her body type. It pushed up on her bra and she couldn’t put it any lower without it being too low. For reference, she is 5’4, 31″ waist and 114 lbs. She did say she could feel instant back support once she closed the 2nd set of straps.It didn’t work for her, but that doesn’t mean it won’t for you. It is nice quality and great price so it’s worth a try. Just be mindful of the height as well.Also note the typo in pic – many reviews mention the sizing. At the time I ordered, the sizing in the title and on the options are correct. There is typo on the sizing photo which might be why several people commenting that it was too small for them. 83 cm equals 32.677 inches and the photo says 39.9 inches. Ignore that photo and go by what is printed so you get the right size.

Good quality but not enough support
This back brace has good quality and stretchability, so it might be good for light to medium back problems. However, I had a really huge back pain that I needed to wear a back brace 24/7. This one doesn’t fit the curve of my back very well to provide the exact support I needed. It is also not very breathable, so I couldn’t wear it for a longer period of time, like more than 4 hours.

Helps relieve pain
I wear it on days I’ll be standing for hours on end, especially when cleaning the house. My back hurts much less at the end of the day when I wear the brace. It is easy to put on, fits well, and you can’t even tell it’s on.

Sizing was incorrect and it was so small it barely fit. At least I didnt have to return it to get refunded. I dont even know what I diid with it. These are made for children.
