I love this belly wrap because it keeps it's shape and makes me sweat around my middle! The only thing I did not like was the velcro…it is much too strong. I decided to cut about 2 1/2 inches off the velcro to make it shorter and easier to take off. I then took the excess velcro and cut it to make two strips about an inch wide and put one on top and one one on bottom of original velcro. Works great!!

Love this belly wrap except for velcro!
I love this belly wrap because it keeps it’s shape and makes me sweat around my middle! The only thing I did not like was the velcro…it is much too strong. I decided to cut about 2 1/2 inches off the velcro to make it shorter and easier to take off. I then took the excess velcro and cut it to make two strips about an inch wide and put one on top and one one on bottom of original velcro. Works great!!

I used a sweat belt before and never had any issues but tried this brand and received different results. After every wear I washed the belt. On days when I didn’t wear belt my skin itched, not to mention having a hot flash the areas would itch more.It was effective for sweating, loosing inches and Velcro support was good but with this bad experience I don’t plan to use the belt anymore. I actually like this trainer definitely did its job I would sweat a lot. I bought it may 2025 but just today it ripped its feb 2026 (9months) I give it a 3 star because originally within a month or 2 it ripped from the front where you attach it but still keep using until today it completely ripped it’s unusable. Honestly this happened because I was tightening it really tight. Overall it’s comfortable, Velcro worked well however wouldn’t buy again not durable
