LOVE IT!!!
Started on 4x and now I’m down to a large this waist trainer is the best one I’ve ever used the sizing was a challenge at first but once I got the right size everything else was just magic 😩 it improves your curves and posture a lot

Not true to size
Do not get this. The first time I ordered, it was a Large and didn’t fit so fine I got the wrong size and sent it back. I bought it a second time. It came looking like the same size as last time and didn’t fit. I got it 2x the size from the first time. I will be sending it back and not reordering a 3x!

No lower abdomen compression
Absolutely my favorite thing to wear currently. Only downside is that there is little to no support in the lower abdomen. If you have had a tummy tuck then this is not ideal but other than that it’s almost perfect.

I recieved the trainer, and i run into this issue with alot kf them. If you have an apron belly or a long torso these are pretty short. About 10 inches from under the bust

Poor quality
Compression is strong with putter wrap but inner corset only has one row of hooks making limited adjustability and the zipper is poor quality. Works and fits as described. I’ve had it a month and wearing about five times to help with my posture. The day after the return window closed the whole zipper ripped apart. I’m unable to return and cannot be used now
