Perfect for Work – Food Service Approved!
I use these as my work pants as a food service worker – they look nice and professional enough for my setting. Very thick/sturdy but super flexible fabric that I can trust won’t rip when I’m walking/moving/bending/etc. Hasn’t rubbed out in the inner thighs either. I’ve been using the same ones for months and they still look like new.The water resistant quality is also fabulous as someone who works where things might get spilled on you. I’ve also been caught in the rain in these, and came home completely dry.As a plus size woman (size 2X), the fit is great. I prefer a little bit of a high waist for comfort, although I do need a belt with these because of the waist size (but being curvy, I have this issue with all pants). Also, the zipper is quality and I don’t have to worry about it sliding around or coming down, as some pants do with my tummy.

Great replacement for my Columbian Hiking pants
I was looking for a replacement for my Columbian women’s hiking pants (which are no longer available). I was very pleased with this purchase. They are light weight and breathable. Great comfortable fit. The pockets are very useful. These were perfect for a 10-day Ecuador mission trip.

I purchased these for kayaking and primitive camping. First, I haven’t run these britches through the paces yet, but it’s clear from the fabric that they will effectively shed water and stains due to what I researched is a special coating. Although not advertised as such, they will repel insects, as they do not hug the skin (unless you order a size too small), and the fabric is not loose-knit. The price is extremely reasonable, considering its important outer wear attributes: water repellent, breathable and – not mentioned – insect repellent, IF not worn tightly. Ordering clothing online is always a big risk in terms of fit, so I avoid it. However, I needed pants designed for a specific purpose. These were a fraction of the cost charged by stores specializing in outdoor wear. The large fits perfectly and is extremely flattering as advertised. I’m 69, slightly over 5’5″, weigh 140 lbs. With a waist measuring 32″, and bottom 39″, clothing can make the difference in making me looking svelte or frumpy. I noticed that many of the negative reviews are meaningless: 1. “Weak seams”: I pulled and pulled the seams, and found them very secure. 2. Front button “falling off”. There is no front button; it is a hook and bar closure that could not possible fall off unless a large chunk of (this particular fabric) was cut off. 3. “Rough fabric”. No way. These are very smooth. 4. Someone received “wrong color and size”. That’s a review of the seller and has nothing to do with reviewing these pants. 5. Complaint about the “buttonS”. There are no buttons. 6. “Thin fabric”. The fabric has to be thin to be breathable. 7. “Not breathable”. Nylon and spandex ARE breathable materials. However, if this woman is wearing a size too small, and the fabric is tight and hugs her skin, the material will NOT be breathable, and will also NOT be effective against insects, as they will bite right through the material. 9. “Material rips easily”. Not so. I stretched and pulled this material and the material itself is strong and elastic. It is not a loose knit like cotton, which could pull apart. If you expose it to sharp objects, such as a sharp branch, it could indeed puncture and then rip. But, virtually any fabric will do that. 10. “Too expensive”. For this price?! You could go through 3-4 of these for one pair at a big name sports store. Be realistic.These are absolutely spurious claims, and as often happens with Amazon reviews, I think some may be referring to a different product. If only Amazon would remove reviews that are obviously not meant for a specific product (e.g., regarding “shoes” for these pants), the ratings would change.I highly recommend these pants!

The price is a steal for the quality and fit
Very happy with these. Ive ordered 2 pairs in different colors for work. Hikkng type pants are required for my job and my job can be very messy and hard on clothes. So far, they’ve stood the test. They are light weight, extremely comfortable, easy to move in, and seem very durable. They also have multiple deep pockets in appropriate places so you can carry all the things. They are flattering on my body, which I was hoping for but not expecting since these txpes of pants are not typically made to look nice, but to function well, so that made me very happy. They seem true to size and color. I am 5’5, about 170lbs with longer legs and bigger bottom and I can wear anywhere from sizes 9-12, depending on how the pants are made. Ive ordered large and they fit very well in all the right places and the material also has some give to them.Definitely recommend and for the quality of the pants, the price is an absolute steal.

These pants are very comfortable, and I love how flexible they are. I wore them on a trip to Arizona, and even in the heat they were breathable and kept me comfortable. The extra pockets are super handy for hiking, and the lightweight material makes them easy to move in.I liked them so much that I bought a second pair. Perfect for hiking, travel, or everyday outdoor use.

Good Stuff.
Love the material. Lightweight, good fit, a little long, but not necessary to do a lot of hemming, (5′ 114 lbs). Good color, ordered light brown. Great pants for golfing in Spring, Summer and Fall. Ordering a second pair in Stone Blue.

Good but inconsistent sizing and texture between colors
These are good pants. They have useful pockets, including one that zippers (good for a passport).They are comfortable for the most part, though the big metal button at the belly can be a little uncomfortable.My one “complaint” is the inconsistency between colors. Black feels thicker and is tighter at the waist than gray, for example, which feels thinner and is definitely looser.I’m 60f, 5’6″ and 145lbs. Medium in both colors was good, but definitely more comfortable in the dark grey.

Super Comfortable and Stretchy, Size 2X, 18 Women’s
Super comfortable! I wear a size 18 and I’m 5.6″ so I ordered the 2X and they fit perfect. They don’t look sloppy but still have plenty of stretch for comfort. Lightweight material. Waistband is super stretchy which is way better than the typical stiff fabric of traditional tactical pants. I will be buying more.
