Very uncomfortable
Hurts there is a piece of plastic sticking in my side.

Zipping and unzipping
Be careful when zipping and unzipping there is no flap to cover the zipper part . If not careful it’s chance you can accidentally zip up some skin . I done it twice .. so far it’s a ok waist trainer . Wish the Velcro straps were a little more stretchy to give it a more of a snatch ..

Not worth it
I had high hopes for the Sweat Waist Trainer, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The material feels cheap and stiff, which makes it uncomfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. The two-belt design is supposed to provide extra support, but it didn’t fit securely and kept shifting during my workouts.It does make you sweat a bit, but the overall slimming effect is minimal, and it’s hard to see any real results. Additionally, it’s tricky to put on and adjust properly, which is frustrating when you’re trying to focus on exercise. There’s also a chemical smell that gave me a headache. I hand washed it and it still smelled off.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this waist trainer if you’re looking for comfort, durability, or noticeable results.

Fits like a glove and material is comfortable.
Fits true to size. I have a larger and my waist size is about 31 inches and fits perfectly. I love working out with this as I tend to sweat more. It’s very comfy to wear. The material is smooth and doesn’t itch. Keeps my back straight while I’m lifting to prevent Injury. Gives you that hourglass figure.
