You will sweat!
!!UPDATE!!! i was completely drenched in sweat today, it literally poured off of my body onto the floor I highly recommend this. SIZE UP THOUGH! i got what Amazon rec before and it was to small/.not getting enough results I sized up and it covers my entire stomach!!It definitely works! You will sweat like crazy I did get the sweat stick as well the vanilla scent and it definitely helps you sweat a little more than just the band plus smells delicious. My only complaint is don’t listen to the size recommendation.. it recommend I get a medium and that was very snug on me I’m 190 5’3 with a apron post partum tummy and it only covers half my stomach and it was very snug. I got returned that size and got the large and the large covers EVERYTHING and is not uncomfortable or to snug it’s just right! Size up a bit is my recommendation IF you want full coverage from waist to under bra line.. I haven’t used long enough to get results but I do sweat so it is true to its purpose!

Best gym accessory I have made
I’ve been on my weight loss journey for 8 months and this band is both comfortable and really does help you sweat more in the targeted area (ie belly, arms). My workouts are actually becoming more comfortable with the band I am not restricted on movement etc I do a full body workout, and it doesn’t ride up or down stays in place. This does provide compression so with tighter clothes will give you a slimmer look but not noticeable band underneath. Size is prefect very easy to put on/adjust if need be.

Seems well made, but is it worth the price?
Seemingly good quality, but pricey belt. Does absorb sweat well and fits comfortably. coverage of waist area is good and not too bulky. So far, the velcro has held well, however after just a few washes it tends to fray just like cheaper belts do.

Dadurch das man gurt aufmachen kann ist er allein daher schon mega fein, da ich noch einen von einer anderen Marke habe der aber geschlossen ist und man nach dem Training fast nicht mehr runterbekommt weil er so anklebt…Habe den Sweet Sweat in Verbindung mit der Creme und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Creme kann ich auch nur empfehlen – riecht auch total gut!) Besonders beim Krafttraining ist er sehr fein da er auch stützt. Ich trainiere nur noch mit dem Gurt – und schwitzen tut man wirklich abnormal viel drunter – aber es wird nicht zu warm mit dem Gurt.Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen .

Einer der besten ”waist trainer“ die ich habeIch verbrenne viel mehr Kalorien damit und du schwitzt wirklich alles dareinWenn du viel schwitzt, dann wird dieses Gummi was in dem Gurt drin ist, zwar etwas unbequem und klebend, aber dieses Gefühl vergeht sehr vielBei starker Belastung merkt man dass eh nichtIch habe den schon mehrmals gewaschen und der dehnt nicht aus, das Gummi ist weiterhin Wasser absorbierend. J’ai reçu ma ceinture de sudation avec un échantillons de la crème de la même marque ! Et comment vous dire ? C’est un produit juste génial, garde le dos bien droit pendant les séances de sport, affine la taille si vous y aller régulièrement j’ai déjà vue les résultat au bout d’une semaine en plus d’une alimentation équilibré de plus avec la crème ont transpire vraiment beaucoup. Je recommande la ceinture ainsi que la crème qui vas avec !
