Skin breathes through it so you don’t sweat like in others I have used.
This whit one is lightweight but still works for me. I don’t sweat with this one even after wearing most of the day. I am 5’7″ and 115# and ordered the medium according to my hip measurement shown on chart. At first when opening, I thought it would be too small. However, with a slight pull and pressing the velcro, it staying in place all afternoon and my clothes did not get wet from sweating. At times, I need a stronger support, but for most of the time this should suit me fine plus it is not so obvious I am wearing a support, as I place in under my shirt.

It helps
This lumbar support brace definitely helps with back pain. It will help with mild to moderate back pain. I have severe back pain due to a fractured vertebrae so while wearing the brace helps, it’s not enough to get rid of all the pain. No fault of the brace, just my severe pain. The brace is very comfortable. I forget I’m even wearing it. Easy to get on and off. It does run a bit small so if you are not sure what size to buy order a size up. Overall, I am pleased, especially at this price.

Total crap
I purchased one of these about 2 years ago. It was great. Needed a new one due to wear and tear. Ordered another 1st one was gray one wrong size. It said XL but was 3 inches smaller. Ok… Ordered another one 2xl . that one was 2inches smaller. Not even the size they say it is. I give up. Oh one of them tore up in less than a week!

I bought it for the lightweight and thin elastic support for back support. I intentionally bought the 2x large size to allow flexibility with fit, but it was too small even for Velcro to grasp. Be careful with the size if you decide to buy this.

Perfect for women with low back issues
This is just what I was looking for! I spent over an hour searching for a soft brace that would suit my needs. I am 4.5 mo. Post op L1 &L2 spinal fusion. As a woman, my incision was in the small of my back. The large braces with the pulley straps do Not touch the small of my spine. Therefore they do not support or protect this area at all. This brace is absolutely perfect! It is so comfortable and caresses the small of my back. I can wear it against my skin and underneath my shirts and jeans. My big brace would pop up above my low back, providing no support at all. I cannot recommend this brace enough.So happy that OTC makes this especially for women.To the reviewer who says this brace is “fake”. If you buy it from an MD you will pay more for it. It was most likely made by this manufacturer for another company to sell. It is Not fake! Just made by the manufacturer directly and sold for less. The larger one could be stretched out from use.

I found this back brace to fit perfectly and wanted more than just a white version. In my 20’s I foolishly wrecked my back for the 1st time, housekeeping for a sculptor who insisted I lift a sculpture to dust under it. This brace gives enough support for the days my back is tired or acting up. It’s lightweight & breathable, has a very grippy velcro closing, does NOT have internal stays, so is flexible enough for every day, all day use. I use it to keep from re-injuring my old injury and so far have managed to be able to work through rough patches for over 30 years. My husband bought me a version of this same brace all those years ago & I’ve used it when needed since.

This Brace ordered in large for 36-38 belly waist is as described and pictured. Fits very well. Support is light and comfortable. The fabric, weave, bands, and rods all flexible and strong. Covers the waist, lumbar and low back with good firm stretch. Lifts the lumbar up and straight. Can be worn all day. Works well for standing, desk chair, recliner chair, couch sitting and bed lying. Used periodically as needed for about 60 days for regular memory posture. and joint positioning that helped even without any real back problem. Machine wash gentle like new. The velcrowstrip is extremely strong and holds tightly but can stick to the backside of brace when removing or storing and will pull the fabric like angel hair, so care is needed. Have used other shoulder brace, full back brace, and lumber support, all from Amazon and this Brace is one of the best overall and expensive and should have longevity.

Me gustó la faja blanca. Me siento cómoda con ella.Me gusta el material y las varillas que tiene. Me gusta que no hace bulto y que me veo más natural que con otras fajas. Lo único que no me agrada es que tiene una que pedir una talla o 2 más de lo que somos porque las hacen muy justas y debe encimarse un lado en el otro para cerrarla.La recomiendo .
