Stretch and work out
Easy to use and good quality, other brands cost double for the same product

Bands do not stretch. Great for holding stretch positions.
Great when you need to get your body to stretch. Very helpful to helping body to get into a stretched position. The bands are strong to help hold the position. BUT the bands themselves do not stretch. This is great for certain stretch exercises but NOT if you need the bands to stretch. The quality is excellent.

Excellent and affordable stretching strap
An excellent tool for anyone, like myself, who has had to visit the physical therapist. This stretch strap is priced well and is as good as the more expensive ones that I have used.

Non-elastic
I thought these were elastics stretching strap with loops. But it’s not what am I supposed to do with this? If it doesn’t stretch to stretch out your legs and your body. I am not happy with this, and it says on the description stretchable.

Good firm stretching rope
Great stretching rope. Easy to use and adjustable for all heights. Some complain about it not being elastic. No it’s not but that’s perfectly fine by me and what I prefer. You can grip it from any position as well. Excellent value so you can purchase more than one and keep one at home and others for travel.

It works, but there’s so many better options out there
It’s pretty good. It does what it’s supposed to do very well but I am giving it 3 stars maybe because of personal preference. I realize now that I’d prefer an elastic band or something stretchy. This has handles and loops marked with numbers to index your grips. It works, but it’s not that easy to use such as a big rubber band. Just a preference? But I regret this one.
