Add it for your practice
This is the best yoga towel I have purchased since I started practicing in 2017. Your feet and hands do not slip especially if you have practicing hot yoga. It washes very well as well. I have a thick lululemon mat that does not slip and this was a great addition.

Great Workout Towel!
I got this towel to use on top of the yoga mat that the gym provides, washing the towel is a lot easier than washing my yoga mat. The towel is affordable, stays in place and is not slippery. I’ve only used it once but it seems durable, washed it once and it dried overnight.UPDATE 10/05/2025 I still think is a great yoga towel, but after using it a couple more times, I notice that it is a bit slippery for standing positions which can be risky, but for sitting or kneeling positions works great.

Great purchase
Good quality, light weight and easy to wash. Doesn’t loose the sticky non slip pads even after many washes (have owned for 6 months). Is quick drying and has been great for hot yoga sessions

Finally a solution to yoga mats becoming slippery with sweat
Because I tend to sweat (hands and feet), at some point during the yoga class, the mat becomes slippery for me. Now that I put this towel on top of the yoga mat, I no longer have that problem.
