The waist trainer is an excellent workout accessory
The sweat waist trainer is breathable. The belt has a thickness to conform to your waist and maintain your workout pace. The material nicely made with the attachable belt than can stretch to the needed size. This is an excellent waist trainer and it gives the support you need to protect your back. The Velcro is an extra Step to have to easily take off .
Okay so first things first this waist trainer definitely does what it’s supposed to do. The compression is REAL. The second I put it on I felt instantly snatched and my posture improved like I suddenly had my life together. That being said… getting into it is a workout in itself. You’re gonna wiggle, suck in, question your choices for a second—but once it’s on, it’s secure and stays in place. No rolling up or sliding around, which I really appreciate. Material-wise, it feels sturdy and not cheap. It gives that tight hold without feeling like it’s going to fall apart after a few uses. I wouldn’t say it’s the most comfortable thing to lounge in all day (let’s be real, it’s a waist trainer, not pajamas), but for short wear, workouts, or under outfits it does the job. If you’re between sizes, I’d honestly size up unless you’re trying to enter your villain era and don’t want to breathe on purpose. Overall, solid buy if you want that instant hourglass look and better posture but just know what you’re signing up for.

I’m 5’1” and around 130 lbs, and it feels a little too wide or loose around the waist and rib area. The quality is solid, but for petite frames the fit may not be as snug in the upper area.
