Does it help with posture?
Yeah, it really helps with my posture! The 6 steel bones keep my back straight, and I’ve stopped slouching at work and during workouts. Definitely recommend it for posture correction.
Back and shoulder support details?
I love how this vest supports my back and shoulders. The 6 steel bones (4 in front, 2 in back) really keep my spine straight, and the full back coverage makes a big difference.
Can I wear it all day?
Yes, I wear mine all day – at work and during workouts. It’s really comfortable and not suffocating at all. I can bend and squat easily, so it works great for both my desk job and busy shifts.
When will I see results?
I noticed more sweating and core compression right away. After about 1–2 weeks of wearing it daily, my posture felt better. Longer-term? I’m starting to see waist-shaping results too – but only because I also exercise and eat healthy.
Does it work for postpartum?
I’m a new mom and this waist trainer has really helped with my postpartum recovery. It gently supports my core and back – exactly what I needed during those early months. Just make sure you check with your doctor first

Great quality and fit!
I was pleasantly surprised by this waist trainer. The material feels durable and high quality, with a smooth finish on the outside and a comfortable lining inside. The zipper closure is sturdy and makes it easy to put on and take off. I like that it has adjustable shoulder straps for extra support and a better fit.It hugs the waist nicely without being overly restrictive, and it gives a flattering shape. The stitching and seams look strong, so it should hold up well with regular use. I also love the color—it’s stylish and not just your basic black.Overall, this is one of the better waist trainers I’ve tried. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something supportive, comfortable, and effective.

True size. Made with great material, comfortable fit. Adjustable shoulder straps were helpful.It’s good addition for working out to help you sweat faster and more. Highly recommended.

A good buy
It fits good and you work up a good sweat. It does buckle a bit in the back but not too much. I wish the shoulder straps were adjustable. I am a dress size 20 and I bought a 4X. I could have gone with a 3X but the the internal snaps still allow me to have a tight fit.

I LOVE this belt so much!! I wear it almost on a daily. Its adjustable straps are great for my tiny torso, I have it on the highest setting!Its comfortable, not suffocating!! I can bend and squat down perfectly fine with no restrictionMy only complaint is that its not so shape sculpting as it appears to be, it doesnt define my curves much if at allbut if youre looking for a faja to sweat and maybe push your breasts up a bit, this is the one for you!If youre looking more for shapewear, id suggest to look at something else!!I am 115lbs and 4’8, a small fits me perfectly!

The trainer appears to be made of durable material and well-crafted; however, it does NOT fit, despite using guidance based on the sizing chart. In short, the sizing runs small…

Great quality, you will sweat.
I’m actually really impressed with this vest. The material is thick and feels high quality, not cheap or flimsy like some other sweat vests I’ve tried. Once you put it on, you can feel the heat build pretty quickly, so it definitely does what it’s supposed to do.I ordered a large but I’m using it on the tightest hooks, so I probably could have gone down one size for a more snug fit. I am 5’4” at about 175 lbs.Overall, I still think it’s worth it. It feels durable, well-made, and effective.
