Sturdy and absorbent
I used this for hot yoga, and it worked pretty well. It’s thick and absorbent. It stayed put on the mat and didn’t slide around too much. Length and width was accurate as mentioned and should fit most mat types.The only thing is, if your palms are on the towel a lot, those dots can start to hurt and leave marks on your hands.

It fits my mat perfectly and adds just the right amount of grip once you start moving and warming up.During hot yoga especially, it absorbs sweat really well and keeps me from slipping. It doesn’t bunch up or slide around, which was a big concern for me. The material feels soft but still durable, and it washes well without fading.Plus, the tie-dye design just makes workouts more fun. If you want something practical that also looks great, this is a solid buy.

Perfect for hot yoga/ barre sculpt classes. I was surprised on the quality. It’s just as nice if not better than Manduka towels for a 1/3 of the price. Will be ordering more in different colors.
