These OOFOS OOlala Women’s Sandals are fantastic, especially if you need good arch support. The cushioning really stands out—it feels soft but still supportive, making a big difference if you’re on your feet a lot.They fit my narrow feet really well, which is hard to find in sandals, and they stay secure without feeling tight. The arch support is excellent and helps keep my feet comfortable throughout the day.The only adjustment was getting used to the strap between the toes, but after a short break-in period, it felt completely natural. Overall, super comfortable, supportive, and a great choice if you’re looking for sandals that are kind to your arches

Relief from plantar fasciitis; not recommended for balance issues
I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis for several years. At first it would come and go, but for over a year, I’ve had little relief. After purchasing these Oofos, my feet are in heaven and pain free. I wear these most days, and have even been able to mix in other shoes that used to cause me much foot pain. On occasion, these cause me to trip, due to the light, thick soles. Under the wrong circumstances, these could tear/break easily. I’m not sure the tread on the bottoms will last long. When wet, these are very slick on the bottom and my feet will slide around. However, despite the negatives, due to the relief I’ve had, I will gladly purchase these over and over again. I would not recommend these for anyone with balance issues or who may be clumsy.

I love my Oofos Oolala Recovery Sandals, they’ve honestly changed how I walk with knee pain. The cushioning is incredibly supportive and soft, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how my knees feel after long walks. What used to leave me sore now feels so much more manageable, and these have quickly become my go-to shoes for extended periods on my feet. It gave me a bounce in my step. I have heel pain and need arch support to a point where I cannot he barefoot. I stand all day at work also and these were good for not only working in all day but I also took my dog for a short walk midday. Very comfortable and great support. Thinking if getting a 2nd pair. I usually wear a 7 in sandals and got a 7. Perfect fit.
