This sauna top is very well made with double reinforced seams and thick waterproof material. It is very comfortable once I'm able to wedge it on over my fat arms(which is one reason I'm using it). You can't really tell just how much you're sweating until you unzip it and all the sweat pours out. The waist is nice and snug but not too tight. I am able to do full dance workout and weight training without even thinking about my clothes. I'm 5'120lbs and this medium fits perfectly. The large wasnt as tight and I think I would feel the sweat rolling down so I'll stick with the medium.

Just what I needed
Have been using this when doing cardi, the gym I go to unfortunately has big fans and it takes away from being able to sweat unless you’re doing a harder workout. With this, I am able to have a calm cardio workout and sweat how I’d like, and not get tired too fast to be able to workout longer. It fits well, comfortable, it does stretch, the material does get stuck on the skin but that’s okay. Make sure to stay hydrated when using this.

I sized up because I’m 5’11 and 9 times out of 10 the sleeves are too short (sizing up usually fixes the problem) but the problem here is they’re still too short. So I have to roll the sleeves up to my elbow which makes it super tight around that area and makes it too uncomfortable to wear for my entire workout.
