    Decent Elastic Bands
I have a couple of elastic bands that I use to work out at home but I had never seen one with dividers before. These are well-stitched and stretchy enough for a ton of exercise styles. While we can get ideas of how to use them online, what I would suggest to the seller is to either add a link or a short video on their page showing different ways to use these. I have been using them for basic stretching but I am sure there are a lot more creative ways. I’d appreciate ideas and work-out suggestions for toning and strenghting. Overall, nice bands to have around and the dividers allow for specific, controlled motion. Okay for nine dollars.

A Must-Have Tool for Back Health & Flexibility
I was first introduced to stretch straps like these during physical therapy for back issues and overall muscle tightness — and they genuinely changed the way I approach body care. After a recent move, I needed a replacement so I was super excited to see and receive this set.Having both the 35” and 51” straps in one set is a great bonus. I love that each band has numbered loops, which makes it easy to get consistent placement for my feet and adjust the stretch incrementally. While I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in resistance between the two bands, I’m sure the distinction becomes more apparent with targeted use — and having options is always a win.Stretching my calves and hamstrings with these has made a real difference for my back. Those muscles are chronically tight for me, and when they’re loose, my back feels so much better. I use these several times a week — sometimes daily — especially when my back is flaring up. But just as importantly, I use them as preventative care to stay ahead of the tightness before it becomes a problem.I’m genuinely grateful to have a tool like this back in my wellness toolkit. If you’re dealing with back pain, tightness, or just want to improve your flexibility, I highly recommend this set.

    Versatile stretch!
These stretching bands worked really well for stretching and flexibility exercises. I liked having the two sizes because it gives more options depending on the movement. The loops are helpful, and the numbered design makes it easier to keep track of where you’re placing your foot or hand. One thing to know is that they may not fit comfortably with shoes. My husband had a bit of trouble with his foot, so I think they work better for smaller feet or when using them with socks. I’d definitely recommend grip socks because regular socks can slip a little depending on the stretch. The quality feels good for the purpose, and they’re easy to use once you find the right loop placement. They’re useful for yoga, physical therapy style stretches, or just loosening up at home.

    Excellent for stretching!
These are so awesome for post run stretching and home gym! Both straps are really soft quality feeling fabric with just enough stretch to be helpful. The loops fit my foot well, and I can pull to flex my foot or stretch my hamstring. It’s softer and more comfortable than a plastic band and it doesn’t roll as much either. It’s also comfortable to hold the end in my hand when performing the stretches. I really like the colors which doesn’t impact functionality but makes me happy when stretching. No noticeable scent when I got them which makes me feel good about the quality of the material too!

    Perfect for home rehab
These stretching bands have been such a useful tool to my home rehab for post knee surgery. The elastic makes the stretching excercises I do less strenuous on my lower body which I much more prefer to regular firm cloth straps. The set of two makes it convenient to carry one on my gym bag and have another in my living room to do my stretches while watching tv. Whether your looking for rehabilitation equipment or want to incorporate daily stretching for everyday fitness you’ll love these straps.

    Love this duo
I remember using something similar to this for physical therapy. I like the slots along the bands so I can easily put my extremities inside. The fact that it comes with two different lengths, warms my heart. I could use either one for myself or if someone I’m working out with is longer, there’s an option for them too. The quality seems nice and stretchy. Love this for me and my home gym!

Nice stretch strap set for yoga, legs, and flexibility training
This stretch strap set has been a good addition to my home workout equipment. I use it for yoga, leg stretches, and general flexibility training after workouts. The shorter loop band is convenient for warm-ups and recovery work, and the longer one is better when I want a deeper stretch. The elastic gives enough resistance without feeling too tight, and the loops help me hold positions more comfortably than a regular strap. I think this is a very practical option for anyone looking for resistance bands for stretching, Pilates, dance practice, or mobility training.

Helpful for hamstrings, shoulders, and full body stretching
I originally got these for hamstring stretches, but I ended up using them for a lot more. They work well for shoulder mobility, hip flexibility, calf stretches, and even light recovery sessions after exercise. The two-size set is useful because not every stretch feels right with the same length. I also appreciate that the loops are clearly marked, which helps when trying to repeat the same stretching range each time. If you want an easy-to-use resistance band for stretching, yoga, physical therapy, or full body workout mobility, this set is worth trying.
