IT RELIEVES MY BACK PAIN!
I was skeptical about this purchase, but I was dealing with back pain every single day. I’m on my feet constantly—about 8 hours a day—and easily walk at least 5 miles. I also have a slight sway in my back along with a mild curve, so I truly needed relief. This brace delivered exactly what I was looking for.I love how adjustable it is and how well it stays in place. It’s comfortable to wear once you get used to it. The removable lumbar support, combined with the brace’s structure, has provided noticeable relief. It even comes with an extra strap to increase the waist size if needed, which is a great bonus.The warranty is excellent, and it gives me peace of mind knowing the company stands behind their product. It’s color-safe, easy to care for (I hand wash and hang it to dry), and it’s worth every dollar. Extremely well made, fully adjustable, and most importantly—it works.

This back brace is great…..very supportive and comfortable to wear. The material is top shelf and the elastic is great quality. This appliance has internal stiffening and stays where you initially place it. The size that I selected was based on my waist circumference; it fits comfortably. There is a strap that lengthens the Velcro straps. It is very versatile and relieves a lot of back pain. It can be hand-washed with a neutral detergent.

Great support. A comfort tip…
This brace helps tremendously and is better than most I have tried. Size is accurate, it is durable, and provides a lot of stretch and adjustment. This one is lighter weight than some of the medical braces I have had to wear so it is more comfortable. I wear this over a tank top and under my shirt. Putting it against your skin won’t be comfortable for very long and would get body oils etc. you could certainly wear it over your clothing, I got the purple one and it “ain’t ugly”! As for the straps, I suggest that you fasten the waist to a comfortable, not too tight position. Then pull the cross bands to a nice tighter support. After wearing it a bit you can loosen those straps. If you just position the straps (and the waist) to be comfortable then when you need more support you can just adjust those bands. I wear this for 4 to 5 hours most days.

A very nice, supportive brace; sizing runs large.
First impression – the support and full torso compression are very nice. I haven’t tried the belt out yet during activity (got it for extra support when bike riding) so I’ll have to update this review later. There is also an extender strap included in the package, which came as a surprise to me.Cons – the sizing guides are wildly off. Not only do the size guide pictures at the top of the item page differ from those further down-scroll, the Amazon sizing link provides a third set of measurements. According to the 3 different size guides, I would be either an XXL, on the very top end of XL, or in the middle of XL. So I ordered both and found that the XL was very nearly too big on me to secure…. then I ordered the L — confidently, since there’s a belt extender anyway — and it fit perfectly fine.

This really helps my back pain & posture ! I wear it at least 2 to 3 hours a day . Very comfortable to wear and has an extension if you need it.Highly recommend.

Great fit, came in clutch with my injury
I have a weird curve in my back so wearing this is definitely helpful, once I fix my posture I know it’ll fit better. The extender came in clutch. I do feel supported, it’s light weight, stays in place and really comfortable. I’m thankful as a larger woman it fit perfectly with the extender

Only use if Dr recommends
It’s well made and very pretty but if you have nerve issues check with your dr first. I have spinal stenosis and it made my pain way worse. Be careful

This didn’t fix my back pain at all and I hoped it would. It’s very good at doing what it’s supposed to do, like holding in your belly and immobilizing the spine. No problems with my Velcro, like the other customer reviews.

Bought this as I’d slipped a disc. Wish I’d found it years ago. Super easy to use. I felt safer wearing it, and it enabled me to get around more and actually stand up straight. My recovery time was much quicker than usual, as I’ve done this before. Im sure it helped push everything back into place. If you suffer like this, get one. You won’t be disappointed. ☆☆☆☆☆

One of the reviews I saw mentioned the sizing was off so I ordered the next size up. I don’t recommend that. Ther is an extension piece should you need it. I absolutely love how stable I feel with it on & it really helped increase the amount of time I can do tasks ie/shovel. I can’t speak to the longevity or the durability long term as I haven’t had it long, but love it so far!
