Lightweight yet sturdy and comfy during yoga class.
I only attend a very low impact yoga class once a week, so this mat works great for me. I notice that I never slip and that the mat stays put. It is thick enough for comfort, and very light weight. It comes with a strap, but i still chose to purchase a carrying case for it, since it makes it much easier to load and carry. I keep it in the car and I feel that a case keeps the mat cleaner and more hygienic. I would recommend this mat.

BARBIE PINKThe “Pink” is not as shown. It’s *very* Barbie Pink; it is very bright pink. Bag is well made but too bulky and quite heavy. If you are a minimalist, this is not for you.
