Favorite shoe for hiking/walking/daily wear
These are my favorite shoes. I need a wide toe box and these are perfect. Comfortable for hiking, walking, working all day. They’re breathable and fit immediately. No breaking in period. I’ve bought them 3 times as they wore out. I hope Merrill doesn’t discontinue as I’d buy again.

Great Shoes!
Merrill has always made quality shoes and these are no exception. They run true to size and are extremely comfortable! The colors are perfect for spring and summer and I keep receiving compliments on them. Great purchase!

Pleasantly surprised.
I wasn’t sure about these at first and almost sent them back. I have plantar fasciitis and ended up having surgery on my right foot (2yrsago) and have flareups in my left occasionally. I walked around my house in these and my right foot started getting that stabbing, needle feeling in the arch of my right foot, that usually cues abort mission! But then I realized it was the Foot I had surgery on and it was probably the proper arch that I needed and it was just stretching. So I decided to keep them and wear them and they feel comfortable now. They are very stiff, which is what you need with jacked up feet. I did however notice one weird thing. Could just be a me problem tho…. when I walk, I noticed that my big toenails catch on a seam at the top of the toe bed. My nails are not at all long and I wear socks, so I’m not really sure? But other than that, I actually like them and they’re cute.

They’re comfortable right out of the box even on my short wide feet. 6.5WThe color is fine and they provide stability.

I own the “brown” Merrell shoes and used them for walking. I liked them so much, I ordered the blue shoes for hiking. These shoes are comfortable, true-to-size, light weight, and good looking! If you’re on the fence, order them!

Comfortable out of the box.
I wore this brand and style in a hike in Sedona when I forgot my hiking shoes. Comfy immediately! They also washed off well. I’m returning this pair because the color isn’t what I thought it would be. I’ll get the white ones. I’m hesitant about how long they will last as the soles don’t seem like they will last long. Very lightweight!!!!!!! I hiked over 7 streams on small boulders and was amazed. The traction felt good on the water and on the boulders. I’ll be getting more. The mesh tops are breathable but be aware not at all waterproof.

Not like the Antora 2 and 3
They are nice and I still need to break them in but I really miss the ruggedness of Antora 2 and 3. I bought these to replace my Antora 3 which I’ve used for 2 years. I use them for hiking on mild and moderate hikes, but these just feel like my brooks with a little more tread. I’m disappointed in the changes and miss the vibram sole. Might have to move away from Merrell when time comes to replace these.
