Increasing Sweating! Women Sized! Comfortable!
Current price $8.99. I run everyday at lunch time. The pictures were just for show and tell and I wore the belt over my clothes. When I ran today, I put it next to my skin. The belt was comfortable to wear. As soon as I put it on, I could feel my skin getting warm. For transparency – it is 85 here today, and I don’t have my air on. I’m one of those people that love hot weather. So after running for an hour, I literally had sweat pouring down my body. It seems that the belt did a good job of increasing my sweat outpouring. 4 Stars. Hope you find this review and pictures helpful. I’m 5’6″ and 130 lbs. The belt fit me nicely, not sure how it would work if you were a bit larger. Comfortable to wear! Has a pocket – you can put your phone in it! There is a piece of velcro so you can close the pocket to keep your phone secure – it would be nicer if it was more in the middle, but it helps! Measures 42″ long.

Works as expected, TBD on results
I wore this during a power yoga class, and before the 10-minute mark my abdomen was very warm, and I could feel the sweat starting.A few times during yoga with the twisting and bending it was a bit awkward, so I’d recommend wearing this during less bendy exercises, but it did stay in place. Post class there were visible sweat droplets, so TBD on the results from continued use. It also says it is machine washable, but I’m not sure how the silver rubber will hold up (I’d definitely air dry)My only critique is that this is for skinny/average size individuals. I am 5’8 175lbs and I wouldn’t have wanted this any shorter in length so there is a bit of overlap. In total it is 42″ in length, 40″ for the non velcro part.

It is not wide enough, I am a woman who is not large by no means but when I work out the top and bottom roll inwards. Would be a great product if it was just make wider.
