A great addition for workout in a small apartment
I have a rather busy schedule so I often have a hard time going to gym. Okay at least that is the excuse I tell myself. This thing removed that excuse! It’s weight adjustment mechanism is pretty neat. I can tune the weights just by turning the center knob – one kettlebell to rule them all! No more racks of kettlebell. I use the maximum weight myself but you can have any weight of your preference.The handles are comfortable to grip, perfect for swinging your arms, and are solidly built. Its a perfectly balanced ergonomic little piece of equipment. Would recommend :).

Decent bell
Decent bell. Easy to adjust. Cool design.Only issue i have is when doing a press, the edge on the top cuts into my forearm. It does not feel pleasant at all.I’ve been a lifelong lifter and have used bells for certain exercises for about 15 years now. All workouts are easy with this except a press. I had a large indent in my forearm after over head presses. Don’t get that with a normal bell.Also would like it to go to 60lbs-80lbs. Would be a great version especially with a rounded top that doesn’t cut into your arm on a pressBut I’ll use this everyday as it does it’s job and is as advertised

The kettlebell was in perfect condition. It couldn’t have been any better. The weight is accurate. There are no dings, dents, or nicks in the paint. The handle is smooth with no imperfections. I already used it in a workout, and it kicked my butt. Great buy!

With 2 adults and 1 teenager in the house all wanting to do kettlebell workouts I picked up 2 of these to cover a wide variety of scenarios.The build quality is good. The handles are wide enough to feel secure un your palm. The weight selection dial is a little stiff at first but starts to move freely after a day or so.The way this works is there is a baseplate and a series of 3 kg weights. Moving the dial selects how many plates will be grabbed and how many left behind on the plate. Simple but efficient.The compromise is the shape. More cowbell than cannonball. Not a huge problem but slightly awkward for gunslingers and less forgiving on the forearm. It’s a compromise with having.Glad I bought 2, it covers us for workouts together or 2 kettlebell sessions. My daughter can set her own weight and build technique and it’s easy to set to my requirements next time. Fewer bits of equipment to worry about too.All in all a decent investment if you need compact weights with variable settings

Hoy he empezado rutinas con la kettlebell y al hacer el ejercicio russian swing con los 18kg de la kettlebell, uno de los discos ha salido disparado contra la pared. No es un producto fiable ni seguro para hacer ejercicio en casa.
