This set is a lifesaver, having a belly band and support wrap sold together is a great idea and a huge value for the price.I got this in the third trimester and the band was so helpful in those final months. Nice and stretchy but strong enough to ease the weight of a pretty hefty baby and the support saved my back!Now 3 months postpartum, I have used the wrap off and on and the fit is perfect as it comfortably ranges between sizes because the positioning of the Velcro.I have yet to be disappointed by a haakaa product and you cannot beat the quality at this price point.

Two in one!
Okay this little band is SUCH a huge win because you get BOTH the pregnancy AND postpartum support. The smaller lower band is great for providing some support and relief with your big pregnant belly, especially later into your pregnancy, and the material was really soft and comfortable compared to some other bands that I’ve tried. Especially where the velcro would adhere wrong and rub up against your pregnant belly? No, not for me. I didn’t experience that with this. And then the larger band is so awesome for postpartum support. I wish I had this band after having my daughter via C-section. It’s so tight and supportive while also maintaining comfort. It seems to have a wide range for adjusting and can continue to support you the bigger and/or smaller you get!

Helpful core support after multiple pregnancies
I really wish I had used something like this right after any one of my five pregnancies. During pregnancy, hormones like relaxin loosen ligaments and connective tissue, and the abdominal muscles stretch to accommodate the growing baby. My midwife explained that postpartum support and proper core rehabilitation are important, because the abdominal muscles can remain separated (a condition known as diastasis recti).I didn’t address that early enough and ended up with a looser abdominal area as a result. I ordered this belt because that lack of support contributes to back strain for me, and I wanted some relief from the extra pressure on my middle and lower back.I love the small hand loops that help pull the belt into position. It’s very easy to put on, and the compression is very helpful. You can adjust the pressure depending on how tight you set it, and it has a good amount of stretch without feeling too restrictive.I think the value for the money is great, and it helps a lot. I highly recommend it for any postpartum mom…or even someone wanting a little extra support for their back, but who don’t want a cumbersome back brace.Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A little relief for our little bundle of happy
We ordered this belly band when the third trimester hit hard and kept using it after delivery.We found it gave solid support for the back and abdomen without feeling restrictive. The adjustable straps let us tweak the fit as her body changed, and it stayed put during light walks around the house.Breathability helped too, since it didn’t trap heat like some other wraps she’d tried.After the C-section, it really eased the pulling sensation when she moved or picked up the baby, almost like it held things together while healing kicked in.She wore it most days for the first few weeks and noticed less discomfort compared to going without.The design worked well enough, though we had to adjust it occasionally.It’s durable after washing and the hook-and-loop closures are easy to manage one-handed.It’s not perfect for super tight clothes because of slight bunching and bulkiness, but overall it became a daily go-to for us during recovery.The price point was totally in line with the comfort and quality this band offered.
