Strong, well made, great price!
This set has exercises and is much better made than some of the thin ones I see all the time. It’s amazing and yes it can make you sore. Great for yoga, stretching or recovery. The strap is made like old fashioned seatbelts. I think you could hang it like a swing, it is sturdy. Well worth it. I uses it all the time. Love this well made little tool.

Amazing product
Makes stretching so much easier. I took my son’s with us to physical therapy because they were using aids that made it a bit more difficult for people with mobility issues. The PT ended up ordering some to use at the facility. Great stitching and durability.

Great yoga strap
This is a great yoga/stretching strap! Multiple loops allow for various degrees of stretching. Your hands can also be placed in any of the loops, eliminating the need to loop the strap around your hands.

Good price. Great colors. Got the pink and the green. It’s a bit too long for me and my 14yo son. The foot loop is also a bit wide. It does the job, so will keep them.

Just the Facts
Great product for stretching exercises. Performs and looks exactly as advertised. Not sure why some people complain about it not being stretchy or whatever. This is not a resistant band but a non-stretchy nylon web similar to seat belt straps. The width is a perfect at 1.5″. 1″ is too narrow and will dig into feet whereas 2″ becomes too wide. There are loops all along the straps which allows for preforming a variety of stretching methods. Great value for the money and much cheaper than making your own.

Can A Strap Be Amazing?….. YES!
Can a strap be amazing? Well, in this case, YES. Purchased strap for physical therapy for an ACL knee injury. Why is this strap so good? 1. Extremely well designed and constructed; 2. Strap material is high quality an is not too stiff or flimsy (like typical stretching straps); 3. There are loops stitched all the way from one end to the other. This is fantastic because you can grab it by a loop anywhere along the strap or put your foot or such in a loop; 4. The loops at the ends have padding on the inside that provides extra comfort and helps maintain a loop shape. The straps that are used by my PT place are like web belts that are flimsy, lightweight, and are not very long. I can’t say enough good things about this strap. I am extremely hard to please but this product could not be any better. Truly. I liked it so much I bought a second one to keep in a bag so I don’t forget it for PT. When I took the strap to PT the other week, the lime green color caught the eye of several physical therapists. One by one they came over to my table to check it out. Upon further inspection, several of them said, “why are we not using these? We have to order some.” One therapist went on to call it the McLaren of PT straps. They are right. This is a high-quality item offered at a fair price. It is an absolute essential tool during my recovery. Don’t cheap out and buy any other strap. I guarantee you will be extremely pleased with your purchase. It is worth every dollar and more.

I have recently bought this product, and the booklet was important to me in order to learn how to do the exercises.To my surprise, the product came with a booklet in German instead of English. There was no warning anywhere stating this, an because I don’t speak German it makes it useless :(If this is also important to you, be advised.
