Very comfortable
I brought one in the past it’s old so yes I order a new one . I can truly say when in the gym you can feel the sweat inside. The size is a small. The one I had before was a med. when it stretches out it’s no good to use. So down size from your original size would be great.

A great waist trimmer for a great work out
The waist trimmer has helped me a whole lot. I’ve lost a lot of weight and building my muscles up. It is working my whole entire body when I use my 35 pound. Weight in both of my hands.

Got a glisten, maybe
I have been wearing it all day and i’d really have to look for even a glisten. I definitely have lots to sweat off, so I’m very surprised by this. I thought sweat would be pouring out. I’m wearing it under my clothing, doing regular activities, not working out. I might as well get clear wrap and sweat more. Yep, disappointed. Maybe it works better when you work out. I’ll update my review if I start seeing any evidence of sweating.While this fits me, it’s a bit of a miracle. These things should be more adjustable in my opinion. I’d probably tighten it up a bit. I guess I’ll be putting my bodybuilding bod on hold for awhile.If nothing else, I’ll use it as a tummy support to help smooth that area out a bit if needed. (I really wanted to give this a 5 star review.)
