It’s helping
Like many of us as we age our lower back begins to ache. This brace offers wide support and an adjustable pressure pad. It definitely helps when I go walking. I doesn’t totally eliminate my pain but makes in manageable. It seems very durable and well made. I thought the price was reasonable. Choosing the correct size for these brace can be a challenge. I’ve returned 2 of other brands because they were too small for me. This one I wasn’t taking any chances and went oversize. It’s actually a bit large for me but still adjusts fine.

I bought this because I have a lower back injury that flares up from time to time, and I also enjoy riding my motorcycle. This brace helps supports my back, and adjusts my posture to a point where my back doesn’t hurt when I ride for longer distances. It’s equally helpful when moving heavier items. The pad located at the lumbar area actually seems to help quite a bit. I’m glad I purchased this. Highly recommend.

Good Support and Comfortable Fit
It provides noticeable support and compression, especially when standing or doing more physical tasks. The adjustable straps make it easy to get a snug fit, and it feels secure once it’s on. the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
