Comfortable hiking shoes
I have had 4 different types of surgery on my feet and it’s very hard to find comfortable shoes. These have alot of support and excellent traction. True to size. Very comfortable. Hiked 14 miles in Switzerland with no problem

Really comfortable shoe. Sizing might be off
Excellent and comfortable shoe. When I put it on, it automatically felt like it was broken in. I intend to use this for hiking and trips that will require a lot of walking. Arch support is good and I have flat feet (arches have fallen as I’ve gotten older) and I’m always looking for a great shoe for travel. I got a size 8 which usually fits well in other brands but this one is on the cusp so I may exchange for an 8.5. With hiking and extensive walking, my feet tend to swell a bit so this would allow for optimal comfort.

Good shoe, lightweight, and comfy.
So I have walking issues (former broken ankle and bad knee from childhood injury) so getting the right shoe is important. Columbia has only let me down once, for quality and they stood behind the shoe, and did what was right. I love Columbia. This shoe is lightweight enough for me, fits nice. I did insert my own footbed tho. So yes, you can pull out the insert. My older Columbia shoes had crappy shoelaces that were thin and came undone ALL THE TIME, but these work much better, laces are normal thickness. I walk a TON, I dont run so not sure how these would work for runners. I walk on all terrains, rough, natural, cement and more so these are doing great. We’ll see if they hold up long term.

I love these shoes! I always get extra wide in a size 8 1/2, because of the bunion on my right foot. There is plenty of room in the tow box. Very comfortable to wear all day. They have a nice cushion to them.

Great shoes for the price and great fit
I need a good pair of walking shoes for an upcoming cruise to Alaska. These fit my needs perfectly and the price was right! I removed the insoles and inserted some memory foam ones and they feel very comfortable. I initially wanted a different color but the price of these was too good to pass up. They’re a very neutral color (Cloud Grey/citron haze) and will match anything.

Ich war schon lange auf der Suche nach einem rutschfesten Schuh, der sich für unterschiedliches Gelände eignet, aber dennoch den Komfort eines gut gepolsterten Straßenschuhs bietet. Für die Straße trage ich gerne die Reihe “Max Cushion” der Marke Skechers, die wirklich sehr bequem ist – sich aber nicht wirklich eignet sobald es an unebene Untergründe geht bzw teilweise schon an nassem Asphalt scheitert.Nun habe ich hier tatsächlich einen Trailschuh erworben, der+ sehr weich und bequem ist+ ohne dabei auf unebenen Untergründen unsicher zu werden+ obwohl keine “Weit”-Größe sehr viel Zehenfreiheit bietet+ eine rutschfeste und durch die kleinen Noppen regelrecht “greifende” Sohle hat+ super leicht ist (es ist ein Sommer-Trailschuh, dementsprechend nicht wasserdicht, dafür atmungsaktiv)+ ich habe knapp 62 € bezahlt, ein sehr gutes PreisleistungsverhältnisKurzum, dieser Schuh begeistert (fast) auf ganzer Linie.Nur fast, da er leider deutlich klobiger und uneleganter aussieht als er auf den Bildern wirkt.Außerdem wirkt das was eigentlich Pink auf Schwarz sein soll eher rot.Eine Schönheit ist er damit leider nach meinem Geschmack nicht. Dafür möchte ich aber keine Sterne abziehen, da Komfort und Laufeigenschaften wichtiger sind und ich mir noch ein zweites, helleres Paar von Columbia (siehe Bild) angeschafft habe, welches die gleiche Sohle hat aber etwas moderner gestaltet ist. Damit ist dies auch der erste Trailschuh, der mich so überzeugt hat, dass ich ihn noch ein zweites Mal gekauft habe.Wem es nur um die Trage Eigenschaften des Schuhs geht, dem kann ich aber dieses deutlich günstigere Modell bedenkenlos ans Herz legen.Ich trage normalerweise eine Größe 40, habe mich hier orientiert an der Tabelle für eine 40,5 entschieden, welche ausreichend Platz bietet, aber nicht so groß wäre, dass ich rutschen würde (was nicht zuletzt auch daran liegt, dass man ihn gut am Knöchel fixieren kann, ohne dass er eng oder unbequem wird).
