Best sneaker I ever owned.
I have had these sneakers for about 5 months, and I have to say they are the best ones I have ever had! I have very long and narrow feet – size 11 AA-AAA, and one flat foot and one arched. So needless to say, sneakers have always been an issue. Usually I have to use tongue inserts and arch supports and wear bandages on the back of my ankles. NONE of that with these. They fit perfect right from day one. They have super support. Don’t need any inserts and no blisters on the backs of my ankles. I will stick with this brand from now on. Finally found the right one!!

I’ve been wearing Brooks Adrenaline running shoes for years, but hadn’t purchased a new pair since the GTS 22, until now. I’m happy to say the GTS 24 is just as comfortable as the 22s, which I previously owned in multiple colors, and I’ll definitely be doing the same with this version.I’m on my feet a lot as a teacher, coach, and lacrosse official, and these shoes have been incredibly comfortable and versatile for all of it. I chose the all-black pair for officiating which looks clean and neutral enough to wear in any setting. The cushioning on the bottom feels great, and the fit is secure with a snug lace-up that provides solid support.I wear a size 10 in running shoes, and these fit true to size with plenty of room in the toe box. Amazon recommended a 9.5 but I stayed true to my size in 10 and it worked perfect. After a few months of use, they’ve held up really well to wear and tear on both turf and pavement.As someone who’s been an athlete and runner for over 20 years, Brooks Adrenalines continue to be my go-to. They’re reliable, comfortable, look great, and the price point is hard to beat in the running shoe world.

The only option left was surgery…
I over-pronate and have suffered from plantar fasciitis in my right foot for over a year. I have tried everything to get rid of it, if not just ease the pain: 3 physical therapists, 2 foot specialists, 2 cortisone shots, ultrasound, OTC and prescribed anti-inflammatory & pain relievers, stretching (with and without bands), icing, scraping, foot massage, trigger point release, taping, night splints, CAM boot, special socks, multiple orthotic inserts (prescribed and not), and shock wave therapy. Surgery was given as my last option, but the results are mixed, and I’ve learned that it can actually lead to more painful issues.At work, I stand on a cement floor covered by the thinnest of industrial carpeting. I had been wearing Asics Gel Kayano with an insert from a podiatrist, as it was highly recommended, the best cushioned (while being “stable”) sneaker I could find. However, the foam, while is very cushy, seemed to break down relatively quickly and was not giving me the support I need.Around Christmas, my my knees and back started aching on work days in addition to the sharp foot pain. I hate to say that I got used to this, but I did. However, two weeks ago my left arch started to feel “tight”, and I knew soon that stabbing, walking on glass feeling would also be in that foot.Back to the drawing board…far more research and several shoe stores later, I had almost given up until I found these shoes – the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24. The store did not have my usual size (10.5), so I ordered the grey color from Amazon – it’s a nice neutral, and I liked the rose colored details that kept it a bit more feminine.The moment I put them on and stood up EVERYTHING FELT DIFFERENT – I felt taller, balanced, and more aligned! From Brooks’ well-known GuideRails to the reinforced medial post—now paired with a redesigned outsole and a firmer foam—this version brings even more stability than before despite the increase in stack height.”)My heel was cradled so that I felt VERY LITTLE IMPACT (39mm heel stack) when walking and standing, and the wide toe box had plenty of room. Despite the plush cushion, I felt very stable moving around my home, the office, and especially on stairs. The fit was perfect (the laces are a little on the shorter side, but not enough to warrant going up a size). I wore these shoes all the next day, and noticed that my knee and back pain had eased. I worked my longest shift the following day and was amazed at how much better I felt! Was my foot miraculously healed by this shoe? NO, at least not yet, but I have had a MASSIVE REDUCTION IN PAIN, and I have found hope again!By the end of the week, they felt SO GOOD, I ordered a second pair!

Finally a winner!
I’ve learned that only Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24s support my feet, provide stability, cushioning and keep my feet aligned so I can go walking. Lost over 80s pounds on my adrenaline GTS 24 pr I bought 2 years ago, desperately needed these. Tried the 25s, and another Brooks support and nope! They fit all kinds of wrong, but these like my previous are near perfect!! A little tight due to not being able to find these in a wide, but they feel good so maybe my feet lost weight too. Very supportive, stabilizing and cushioning of my foot.

SNUG toe box!
While these shoes seem to be super supportive and probably good for plantar fasciitis, they are NOT loose in the toe box. I don’t have thick feet and never wear wide sizes but I always buy running/walking shoes a half size larger. I bought these a half size larger as usual and WOW they are snug! If you have thick or wide feet or need a wider toe box these will not work. I may even have to go up a full size but I’m not quite sure yet. Other than the size issue they seem to be very quality shoes. I’ve bought Brooks for years but loved the Brooks Ravenna in the past. They stopped making the Ravenna and I tried the replacement for that style but they were just ok so I decided to try these (Adrenaline). Not sure if I’ll keep them because of the sizing but I’d like to be able to wear this style as they seem to be what I need for mild neuropathy and possible plantar fasciitis. I gave these 4 stars because of the size issue but, make no mistake, these appear to be of good quality for people who need supportive shoes for health reasons.

Son las segundas que me compro, recomendadas por mi fisio ya que tengo una fascitis plantar y ademas son pronadora. Las he lavado en la lavadora y se quedan perfectas. Se secan muy rápido. Además dejan transpirar el pie y a mi me va muy bien ya que si las zapatillas no me dejan transpirar el pie se me escaldan los pies.
