Big, good for a lot of hair.
This is definitely a large swim cap—so just be aware of that before ordering. I knew I was buying a large, but it was still bigger than I expected.That said, it works really well for long hair. My hair goes down to the middle of my back, and this cap has more than enough room to fit it all comfortably. It also covers my ears completely, which actually helped keep the earplugs in place even though they didn’t fit my ears very well on their own.The nose clip, however, was a different story—it was very tight. Uncomfortably tight to the point where I couldn’t wear it for long. That might just be me not being used to nose clips, but it was a downside.Overall, the cap itself does its job and is great if you have a lot of hair or need extra space. I’d recommend it for that reason, but if you have a smaller head or don’t need the extra room, it may feel too big.
