This Adidas gym bag has been a solid performer for me. After about a year of regular use, it still looks and functions like new—no tears, zippers work smoothly, and the material holds up well.It has all the compartments I need, including plenty of room for my size 12 men’s shoes, which fit easily without feeling cramped. Perfect size
Love my bag. Purchased the largest size. Needed a big gym bag because I shower at the gym and this one fits all my stuff perfectly. Its super sturdy with with clothes and shoes and shampoo/lotion/body wash all the goods! It looks awesome also. And it dries quick when i take my wet clothes out. Would definitely buy again.

Best Duffle Bag I’ve had.
Great bag can hold all of my gear. I like to be able to carry all of my boxing gear in one bag.(Head Gear, Groin Guard, Boxing Shoes, 2 pairs of boxing gloves.)The many pockets also adds more space as well. In my video you can imagine just how much you could actually fit in this bag. I just got it today and already love it, definitely a great purchase for the athletes looking for a spacious and reliable bag.

Quality, small is a good size
The small bag is actually a good size. Fits in a locker but holds several pairs of clothes and sports equipment needed. Nice color. Sturdy fabric.

Small enough for lockers and almost big enough for a lot more
So I had the defender 4 small (38L) and now I usually carry more plus clothes to and slippers to shower at the gym. I saw there was a defender 5 slightly larger (40L). I threw in everything from my other bag Into this one but it feels a tad smaller? I might keep it or return it for the medium sized one however this is a good size for smaller lockers and I can keepy shoes together. Previous version didn’t have a show slot and this does and I really like that. Light weight and feels durable. Easy to keep with me on the gym floor and great for a weekend getaway not going to a gym. Decent storage but because I wear larger shoe size maybe I do need the medium. Overall I do like it as much as the other one but it does have some trade offs. If you bring a lot to shower with maybe go with a medium?
