Great blocks! Note that they are only 3″ thick.
Excellent blocks at a great price. The higher density foam is exactly what I was hoping for. They are very supportive. It is important to notice that they are only 3″ thick… If you do not already have a set of blocks, I would recommend you find a set of 4″ blocks first. But these are an excellent addition to a yoga practitioner’s larger collection of props.

I used these blocks to help me open up my hips and be more flexible. The feel is perfect. There is no slipping. The support is great and comfortable when used in stretching or exercise. Very sturdy blocks.
