Thick is better
If your doing pilates and you dont want your hands, elbows, or knees to hurt get this one. The extra thickness is well worth it for comfort. Super easy to roll up and put the ” handle” back on.

So nice and thick! I actually use it on my dog grooming table. Works awesome on the ground for knee pad when working with large dogs. Thick enough to completely pad my knees and waterproof!

Chemical smell
The only good thing about this Matt is its thickness. It has a very strong chemical smell that sticks to your workout clothes and skin it’s the worst. I would not purchasing this item

Great yoga mat. This is on par with my name brand mat. Same thickness and flexibility. The price is OK, I can actually go to my local discount store and get name brand for exactly the same cost. I have no complaints about this mat, it works well and is neutral and color. No smells. It did come in two boxes which seems kind of wasteful.
