I purchased this back brace because I wore out the minimum one that the doctor gave me two years ago. This brace is comfortable, great for supporting the back, helps with maintaining my mobility while also reducing my back discomfort , made of comfortable material, and cannot be seen through my clothing. The Velcro is very strong and durable. The material is not hot against my skin. The Velcro allows for you to adjust whatever compression is comfortable for you.

Too small, ordered medium and it runs small. I should have ordered a large. I can use it but it is very tight, making it hard to put on. Otherwise it works great and is nice looking.

The bracing strength and effect provides very firm support, from the back and in front around the abdomen, almost like having a new back.I find it helps me to reduce my lower back pain after sitting in the office chair for too long with a bad posture, and even helps for lifting, as the firm brace keeps my back straight and actually forces me to lift with my legs.The elastic velcro straps makes it very flexible to adjust to different waist sizes, and to adjust the tightness. Once affixed in place, it will not slide around or move out of position, regardless of how much I move around. However, I find that I have to adjust the tightness every hour or so (just my personal preference), and the velcro has stood up to repeated use. So far after a couple of months, the velcro remained strong with no sign of fraying.
