Bad Design
Do not buy. Does not do what it’s described as able to do. It’s a glorified weightlifting belt. Does nothing to pull the shoulders back. Does not fit based on their chart. I have a 34 inch waist I stand about 5 10 tall, I weigh about 165 and I’m male. According to their chart this should fit. It doesn’t it’s way too small. Furthermore the metal brace that is supposed to push against your back to straighten you is way too short and is not tall enough to put any pressure up on the back just below the shoulders and is not curved enough to force the shoulders back. Returning it.

Double check sizing or order a size larger
Three starts just because the sizing isn’t accurateaccurate. I wear a 38 -40 pant and ordered the medium (35-41). I could barely catch enough velcro to hold, as soon as I stooped or bent, it would let go. Seems exactly what I was looking for, and good quality, just disappointed I have to return it and order a bigger size. Could have avoided it if sized correctly in description.

Sizing Issue
This product would be useful if used by a flat stomach, size 6 and under individual. Any larger and it tends to roll. After measuring myself, I ordered a medium which was larger than I required. I’ll try a different brand.
