Love it.
Quality: Good. Feels sturdy and kind of thick.Size and Fit: I’m 5’2, 145 lbs, average torso (not short or long), and my fat is “squishy” rather than “thick”. A medium fit perfectly. Tight, but not suffocating. It does poke into my pelvis when I sit down, but holding the bottom out slightly before sitting fixes that for me.Effectiveness (while wearing it): It hides my love handles and apron belly. It immediately helped my posture caused by anterior pelvic tilt as well. It is more slimming than “snatching”, but body type likely plays a role in that.Sweat and Smell: It did smell when I first opened it, but the smell disappeared quickly. I’m not doing much while wearing it, but it hasn’t caused an increase in sweat.

Best waist trainer I’ve tried
Ok so this doesn’t do exactly what I want, but I think it’s a me problem, what I’m looking for doesn’t exist for my body type.I’m 5’7, 125 lbs, 27 inch waist, 32 inch bust. I got the size small. It fits well, but barely. If I were any bigger I’d want the next size up.The back support is very good, which is my main reason for having it. I have a very physical job and I have scoliosis in my mid back. This support is very helpful. Hence the 5 stars. Other products I’ve tried like this don’t work as well.My “issue” is that this is not slimming and looks bulky under my shirt. It does not cinch my waist like the product images show. Again, might be a me problem. I’m already small so this doesn’t shape me and it adds inches to my waist. For people hoping to look slimmer, this probably does the job for anyone with a waist larger than mine. I’m not trying to look slimmer, I would just like some back support that you can’t see beneath my shirts. I think what I’m looking for isn’t possible or doesn’t exist.So I absolutely recommend this for back support. It just doesn’t flatter my body, and it probably will flatter people with curves. I’m SOL since I wasn’t blessed with curves. If you need a product like this, don’t hesitate, it is great. It feels sturdy and supportive.

Very easy to use. Can be adjusted for tightness. Provides back support. I love that it is velcro only as it is very fast to get in and out of it. The quality is good.

Quality is amazing
True to size!! 5’2” 216lbs I wear an XL shirt and ordered an XL band. This thing is TIGHT. I understand it’s supposed to be, IT SNATCHED ME UP. Ordered last night and got here this morning. Day 1 of training. It’s not uncomfortable, but the compression is there for sure. I’m wearing it to the office today so we shall see how it goes. My back feels STRAIGHTENED. The Velcro is CRAZY (sharp as well be careful). The stretch is amazing. Quality is there for sure!

I really like it! I am 5’2 225l. I order a XXL and it fits great, nice and tight. It took a bit of effort to tight it down to me not being a strong person, but if feels good and comfortable.

Best Waist Trainer on the Market!!!!
I weigh 183lbs I purchased a large it is true to size, this waist trainer does not roll up it stays in place. When I tell you it have your waist snatched I am not exaggerating. This is one of the best waist trainers I have ever purchased. The only issue is you cannot wear it with fitted clothing it is bulky. If they ever make one that does not show the bulkyness I will purchase.

The delivery was a bit later than expected, but the product itself is excellent. Really good quality, comfortable to wear, and does exactly what it’s meant to do. Once it arrived, I was very happy with it.

Very nice, might have needed a size smaller because the lower band seems a bit too loose too soon. Not sure how people workout in it though. Maybe when on the stairmaster or treadmill but certainly not while lifting or doing other cardio.

Definitely love at first use!!! Where has this been all my life? Perfect design and structure, great quality and fit – compression & support on all target areas like its custom-made for me. It doesn’t slide or pop out of position (high quality velcro), very snug yet breathable (strong material), and it gives a nice & seamless curvy silhouette with a posture correcting bonus. I’ve been using it in my sports and fitness trainings, as well as casual wear, and I’m so happy with this product!

Wow I bought many waist trainer and have returned all as none of them were comfortable or practical. This is so comfortable and easy to put on and actually coveres my lower belly instead of leaving and awkwardly squeezed out bulge!
