Easy to use, does the job perfectly!
This was much lighter than I was anticipating but it works wonderfully! I had my husband massage my legs for me since I have been weight training and it really helps to get knots out and overall relax the muscles. I don’t know how well it would work for other parts of the body but it works for what I needed. The handles are also really comfortable and don’t strain your wrists. This may seem cheap compared to the other top rated rolling pins but it works just as well as one that’s twice as expensive

How Can Something so Simple Work so Well???
I can’t believe how wonderful this thing is! I’ve strained my middle back, and none of my gadgets has helped. This hit the spot exactly (someone else needs to run it up and down your sore spot for you), and I’m so happy with it. It’s quite a bit larger than it looks in the photos, and that’s a good thing.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I had a different roller that was longer and more stiff, and it was painful for my bony areas. I specifically chose this one because of the size and design. I take it inside the infrared sauna and do the rollouts while my skin is warm – it feels amazing. It’s not too firm – not too soft and it rolls nicely and evenly! It was a great buy!

I love that you can easily perform on yourself to work out knots or work on sore muscles. Also easy to give a massage to friends or loved ones
