Great addition to general fitness or physical therapy
I injured my hip and needed a way to roll my adductor as part of rehab. This muscle roller stick has met my needs with ability to apply necessary pressure in areas needed and reach areas harder to hit with larger rollers – especially with my mobility limitations at the moment. The shorter length makes handling and traveling around bit easier, in my opinion. By rolling tight muscles, I can focus on targeting and engaging the muscles the PT aims to improve. I’ve had no issues with the rollers or handle.Overall, I feel this is an excellent tool for general fitness or therapy that is well worth the price.

This is better than a lot of the other ones I’ve tried. Most are either too rough or too flat, but while this one looks like it wont be very rough, it had some pretty good points to push in while you roll it. It was a smooth roll too, no jam ups, and with it being this kind of plastic material, I felt it might be easier to wipe down and sanitize over the coated wood ones I usually find.

My chiropractor recommended I get a back roller to help with my low back pain. It has helped! A couple of minutes a few times a day has helped work out the tight muscles. Can be used on the legs as well. I can’t work my own shoulders and neck but trade out massages with a friend! “I’ll rub your shoulders if you rub mine” deal. I liked it so well I bought one for my friend with low back pain.

Very uncomfortable on bare skin!!There is six individual rollers sections and running down each section is a very sharp edge. Sharp enough to make scratches down the skin. For me to make this usable I will have to disassemble all the rollers and individually sand or grind them smooth.Don’t waste your money and time

Genau das was ich gebraucht habe die Unterschenkel-Muskulatur!Man könnte es auch mit eine Faszienrolle machen, doch hiermit ist man wesentlich flexibler und kann den Drück feiner dosieren. Auch die Oberseite der Füße kann man damit bearbeiten. Die Rollen haben die richtige Härte und rollen ganz gut.
