Great variety of colors and strengths
Bought these for my daughter who has been suffering with POTS for 2 years now. It has caused her to do a lot of laying around and these bands have been helpful in making her stronger. So far they are holding up well and seem to be good quality. They came in a nice package which a variety of band strengths. They are lightweight and easy to use.

For the price, these bands are okay. However, they are very thin and don’t feel very sturdy or durable.If you’re looking for something temporary or for light use, these could work fine. But if you need resistance bands for long-term use or more intense workouts, it’s probably worth investing a little more in a higher-quality set.

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance… Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :(I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.
