Not for Chronic Pain Sufferers.
This corrector works as advertised. I was genuinely impressed with how well it pulled my shoulders back and straightened my back. It was very comfortable to wear until it wasn’t.I suffer with chronic pain from arthritis and Fibromyalgia. Just wearing clothes can cause me severe discomfort and irritation. When this thing became uncomfortable, it seemed to go from 0-10 in a blink. I couldn’t get it off fast enough. It cut off circulation in my arms and rode up onto the back of neck high enough that it caused me to fear I might be having a stroke! I started to feel a pressure in the front of my neck that felt as though I was being strangled, except that I was able to breathe freely. It felt as though my entire head was going to explode.If you’re young and don’t have the problems I do, you’ll probably benefit a great deal from this device. However, if you suffer from anything similar, I would advise against doing this to yourself.

Good but not what I was hoping for
I tried it on and it’s pretty comfortable, the material is good, although I will say its not exactly what I was hoping for. I have very rounded shoulders from slouching all the time and it does encourage you to pull back your shoulders a little more but I don’t really feel like its enough to force you into a position of sitting up straight, it’s too stretchy. I definitely didn’t need the strap extensions either. I’ll give it a chance and actually wear it for a good period of time. Not sure if I would really recommend this one if you’re looking for something more firm and something that will really force you into straightening your posture.

Pretty useless and provides no support. No clue how it’s getting positive reviews. And these are not one size fits most…it’s huge.They didn’t like my review and want me to edit…it’s the truth..

Plastic presses back of neck
It seemed to be of good quality and definitely pulled my shoulders back and straightened my spine. However, the plastic vertical piece goes all the way up to the base of your neck, which made it a no-go for me. Having a piece of plastic pressing against your neck and forcing you to tilt your chin down was not only uncomfortable but felt counterintuitive. It’s is adjustable and stretchy, fairly comfortable beside the neck piece. I ended sending it back.

still getting used to it
Will this fix all my back problems? probably not. I’m sloucher. I sit in front of the computer for 8 hours a day for my job and inevitably end up slouching, which in turn makes my back hurt. I’ve been trying this to help correct my posture. it’s definitely a helpful tool and I don’t regret buying it. it might be noticeable under certain clothes, because it’s got some padding in certain places for comfort. think the hardest part is the trial and error of adjusting it to fit your body that first time. you want it tight enough to be a reminder not to slouch not so tight to cause pain or restrict your movements
