Good waist trainer and affordable
This feels so good! It’s not too tight , it doesn’t fold over , and my waist looks 2 sizes smaller! And I stand all day on my feet doing hair , great posture and back support!

This waist trainer is pretty true to size. I like that it comes with three different options for whether you want it tighter or looser. As expected, it takes time to put on, but it’s worth it.

Great quality!
It was a bit of a struggle to put it on, but once it was, it stayed put and did not roll down. Great quality and it really does help your posture. It was a bit tight at first, but then I got used to it and I loved the feeling afterwards, like if I really did she off the excess water weight.

I would prefer a waist trainer that doesn’t snap together in 3 different sections
I don’t the 3 different sections because it causes creases. I’m a bigger girl, 5’ 5” and 190 lbs. So with it being 3 different sections, it causes creases. It may not do so with a smaller framed person. I think if it were just once piece instead of 3 sections, it would work better. I will also say that it didn’t create as much sweat as the photos in the listing showed. After my workout of 1 hour, there was hardly any sweat on the inside of the waist trainer.

Big belly baddies look elsewhere!!
Look elsewhere. I have a b belly and an apron belly after having kids back to back and this trainer does not sit right on my belly. If i wear it too low to cover the apron it doesn’t target the top area and if i wear it too high the apron hangs out. It also rolls as soon as you sit down!
