I’ve been using the LKV Waist Trainer during my workouts, and it does exactly what I hoped. It fits snugly without feeling uncomfortable, and it definitely increases sweat around my abdomen. The material stays in place while I move, and it adds a nice bit of support during core exercises. If you’re looking for a simple waist trimmer to boost heat and sweat during workouts, this one gets the job done. It also comes with its own carrying pouch that is easy to slip this into when not in use.

    Great waist trainer! It's so comfortable that forget I have it on! I’ve lost inches wearing it to the gym, on runs and on hikes. It will make you sweat! I’ve thrown it in the wash on gentle warm and I hang dry it and it doesn’t loose shape. Best waist trainer I’ve ever bought!
