Good straps for stretching
This is a nice set of straps to use while stretching, that help you get a better stretch. I am working on improving the range of motion in the shoulder of one arm to help with paddle sports. I had been using a webbing belt, but using these straps is nicer. With the eight different slots sewn into each strap, I just put wrist into one of the end slots and then grab the other end of the straps and pull to extend the stretch farther. The straps have a nice amount of give for this. The straps are also handy for pulling on the ball of foot while doing let raises, so that I get a good stretch on the back of my calves, too. I like the bright colors on the straps – it is a nice change from so much exercise gear that just black. The straps feel sturdy and durable.

Great for stretching. Beautiful vibrant colors.Each strap is one long strap doubled over and sewn together along each segment. This is very helpful for people with low hand strength, you can tuck your hand inside to improve grip.They all have the same level of resistance.These arrived at the perfect time, they are helping me work gently through some shoulder and neck pain I woke up with.They are sturdy, and I believe they will stand up to lots of stretching.These were well received by sensory seeking kids. They were able to burn some energy thanks to the resistance of the bands.
