Great set of Weights
I have used these dumb bells for over 4 months now and I’m very happy with them. The only negative thing I could say about them is that when you put them back in their rack while there are some weights still in the rack, is that it’s a little difficult at times to get them seated properly. Maybe that issue will go away over time, or maybe it won’t, but isn’t not a big issue to me. The weights work like they should and it’s easy to adjust the weight setting.The only other thing is that I probably should have ordered the weight set that was the next heavier (up to 50lb.) but I didn’t know how much I would need, so that’s on me!Overall, good value for the price – sturdy product.

Once one learns the modest twists to adjust weights, they are an excellent tool for even those up in their 70’s… start slow, follow with less reps….and bump up,over time, the suggested reps per exercise.

Quality, space saving, safe
I have been very happy with my 2 25’s set. I store it in the living room on top of a piece of cardboard to protect the carpet. This has been the perfect work from home setup. It gets a lot of use and I have followed all of the best practices with no issues.

The metal hand grips feel good in the hand and offer good grip. The dial selector is a bit particular that the dumbbell is resting properly in the holder, but overall is very easy to use. I really like the versatility of being able to move from one exercise to another without the cumbersome process of removing and adding plates, plus they take up very little room compared to a whole set of individual dumbbells.
