Quality and well made belt
I really like the quality and material it is made of. I use it when I exercise and it does help with support and sweat. I combined it with the abs of steel cream and it seems to make me sweat a little more. I attached the pictures of the belt with measurements for your reference as I did not see it anywhere before I purchase it. Hope it helps.

Didn’t provide 5 starts just because when I bought it didn’t give the option to choose a size. It said in the description “one size”. However, I received a large size, so I have to wrap myself around twice. That’s the only issue I’ve had. It works and makes you sweat bad.

On parle souvent d’inefficacité des ceintures de sudation, celle-ci est vraiment bien faite avec les alvéoles intérieurs imperméable, je l’utilise depuis plus de 5ans pour courir, faire du cardio ou du crossfit. J’ai perdu beaucoup au bas du ventre avec et autour de la ceinture abdominale ! Je recommande vivement !
