For me it’s perfect as I go to the gym in my gym clothes already and want a bag to carry necessities like, phone, wallet, a bottle of water and a kindle or ipad in. Most gym oriented bags are way too big. This bag has a lot of organizational pockets on the inside and outside for small items. As far as typical gym items go it’s pretty small. It can fit gym clothes, but probably not a change of street clothes. It could fit a pair of sneakers on their own, but not much else. The quality seems very good for the price and the outer fabric doesn’t look cheap, although the inner lining fabric feels a little cheap.
