Are perfect to help your arms ton. I use them at night and sleep with them on after applying a retinol cream. It really helps tone my arms. If you can, keep them on all day; the effect is more effective and faster. Besides, they’re not expensive and soft

Too loose to be effective if you have slim arms. I wanted to tighten up the upper arms after losing weight, but these won’t do the trick. If you have larger upper arms, they’ll probably be fine.

Pretty Decent Sleeves
These do what they say, hold your arm in place. And after some use, I do think my arms looks more toned. They are a little uncomfortable, especially towards the end of wearing them, but I am getting used to them. They do slide down a bit over the course of a day or night, but you can easily pull them back into place. I’m not sure they’ll last very long, as one of them already has some holes developing around a seam and another is starting to have a seam come undone, but they’re not very expensive. I bought a bunch, so they should last me a while at least. I’m interested to see how my arms will look after using these for an extended period of time.

I have rather big upper arms, these fit over them well and hold them fairly tight. They do roll down if I pull them to high, they have to sit not fully in the armpit.
