If you spend long hours on your feet, travel frequently, or simply want to keep your legs feeling fresh throughout the day, finding the right support makes all the difference. These compression socks are designed to deliver exactly that—effective relief without the bulk or discomfort often associated with traditional options. Engineered with graduated compression (15–20 mmHg), these knee high compression socks provide targeted pressure that is firmest at the ankle and gradually decreases up the calf. This design helps promote healthy blood flow, making them ideal compression socks for swelling, shin splints, and varicose veins. Whether you’re recovering from a long flight, managing everyday fatigue, or dealing with circulation concerns, these medical compression stockings offer the support you need. Comfort is just as important as function. These compression stockings are made from a soft, latex‑free blend of nylon and spandex, featuring a sheer 20 denier knit that breathes. The lightweight fabric feels barely there, while the non‑slip top stays in place without pinching or binding. You can wear them all day—whether you’re at work, traveling, or just going about your routine—without constantly adjusting or feeling restricted. Built to last, these compression socks feature reinforced heels and toes for added durability, so they hold up well through regular wear. They’re easy to care for too—simply machine wash in cold water with mild detergent and lay flat to dry. For best results, rotate between two pairs to help maintain their shape and compression over time. Available in both closed‑toe and open‑toe styles, these knee high compression socks are as versatile as they are functional. The sheer 20 denier finish pairs effortlessly with everything from office attire to casual weekend looks, so you never have to choose between style and support. Whether you’re a nurse, teacher, frequent traveler, or simply someone who wants to give your legs the care they deserve, these compression socks are a reliable choice.

Reduce swelling in your legs with support socks
These are great support socks and I highly recommend them to anyone living with edema in their legs.

Reduced leg fatigue
These compression socks are sheer and light while providing moderate compression. They are comfortable and well made, as well as true to size. I find them easy to put on, as I would with any pair or stockings or knee highs. I washed a pair in a lingerie bag in wash and put in dryer…it came out looking just as good as new however I did notice the socks falling down my legs after doing that. I recommend hand washing and line drying to maintain the original fabulous fit. They do not cause restrictions and in fact improve venous circulation. Overall they feel great to wear, offering support while reducing leg fatigue.

Good lightweight compression sock
These 15–20 mmHg sheer compression socks have worked really well for me, especially when I fly. They provide good compression without feeling overly thick or bulky like many other compression socks I’ve tried. One thing I really like is that they are thinner than most, with a decent amount of flexibility, so they feel more comfortable and less restrictive during long trips. They are also more sheer than many other options, which gives them a nicer look overall. The biggest benefit for me is how much better my legs feel after wearing them on flights. I’ve noticed significantly reduced swelling, and sometimes no swelling at all, which makes a huge difference when traveling. The fit was as expected, and I ordered a large. They are a little tight around the ankle area, but they fit fine through the calf, so overall the sizing worked well for me. I also really like the open-toe design, which adds a bit more comfort.Overall, these are a great option if you want effective compression in a lighter, more sheer sock

Sheer, little stretch
The Doctor assistant recommended15-20 hMMG they were so tight I could not get on my foot. I didn’t want to stretch them so I will return.Note: they are sheer and have little Stretch.

Uncomfortable at the Ankle
In preparation for a trip that includes a 7+ hour airplane flight, my wife was looking for a backup/alternate pair of compression socks to take with her. But while these 15-20mmHg socks are considerably thinner and more sheer than the other pair she has, which are more like athletic socks in construction, the socks from Wegitcs uncomfortably constrict at her ankles. She was able to wear them for a little over an hour before needing to take them off due to discomfort. With a women’s size 8 1/2 foot, she has normal to trim calves and ankles. She can comfortably wear her heavier pair all day. As such, I cannot endorse these compression socks.

May want to consider sizing up
The two pairs of Wegitcs Sheer Compression Socks come packaged in a sealed flat cardboard box with instruction card. As described, the socks are in skin like color, made with nylon and spandex with a sheer knit. It helps to turn the sock inside out and use a roll, slide and pull up method to put it on. Ordered per sizing guide but the socks are tighter than expected (even though was in middle of sizing range). May want to consider sizing up if you prefer “easier” wear. The socks do provide good compression with no slippage and are not thick. Different material is used and sewed together for the front toe section, which is not seamless and not as comfortable for toes especially when wearing shoes. Would prefer an overall seamless knit.

Somewhat thin compression socks which deliver the desired results
These compression socks are the weight of thin tights. I was a bit concerned that my fingernails would penetrate the fabric (since a fair about of pulling is required to situate them in the proper form when donning the socks. While this didn’t occur, it remains a concern for future use. The color of the socks blended well with my skin. I could probably wear these under jeans and no one would notice the sock. The compression delivered by the socks is significant, yet comfortable. I always struggle somewhat when wearing compression socks, but once placed, the wearing experience is pleasant. I appreciate that this offering provides two pair of socks. That way, if I use them while travelling and something happens to a sock, I have a back-up available. Overall, these are nice socks which, for me, provide the type of compression I am seeking. There is great compression around the foot and ankle, and solid, yet gentler compression around the calf and knee area. I also found the sizing indicated in the listing to be spot on. 5 stars.
