i loved this!
so helpful for people wanting to improve flexibility!! i’m a dancer and this was super easy to use and very useful when stretching my middle splits. it’s a good length, very comfortable, and a good and elastic enough thickness.

A Must Habe Multifunctional Stretch and Resistance Band
Great for stretching, using as resistance band, and really helps with all my workouts. It doesn’t slip around a lot like others, although I do wish there was grippage inside the loops, I am not terrified that its gonna break and snap me in the face as the material and stitching are fantastic quality it would seem (a thing Ive had happen with a few other brands). Would definitely purchase again!
